Some cities have extra bonuses on top
If you’re in certain Santa Clara County cities, your city may offer an additional bonus that stacks on top of the SVCE base rebate. We verify these at the estimate:
| Sunnyvale | city-funded heat pump HVAC add-on rebate. Layered on top of the SVCE base rebate; SVCE handles the application. |
| Milpitas | “Go Electric, Milpitas!” city-funded add-on for heat pump HVAC, heat pump water heaters, electrical panel upgrades, and induction cooking. Layered on top of the SVCE base rebate via the standard SVCE application — no separate Milpitas application required. |
| Mountain View | Electrify Mountain View resource available with city-supported heat pump water heater rebate. We confirm current availability at the estimate. |
| Palo Alto | Additional “Gas Meter Removal” bonus available when a household completes 100% electrification. |
The exact amounts change by city and program year. We check current status for your address during the free in-home estimate.
Recent rebate wins from Air & Plumbing Systems customers
“We recently helped a San Jose homeowner stack SVCE and BayREN heat pump incentives to make a full heat pump upgrade competitive with a like-for-like furnace replacement.” — 2026-04 install
Every rebate outcome depends on home specifics, utility territory, and the equipment installed. We walk through exact numbers during the in-home estimate, not here.
Program availability, rebate amounts, and eligibility rules can change. Air & Plumbing Systems does not administer these rebate programs — final eligibility must be confirmed against current program rules at the time of application. We help you understand which programs may apply to your specific home during the free in-home estimate.
